3. Service Agreement Process

Initial Consultation

All projects begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and budget. This consultation may be conducted in-person or virtually.

Project Proposal

Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed project proposal outlining scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Work will not commence until both parties have signed the service agreement.

Design Process

Our design process includes concept development, design presentation, revisions (as specified in the agreement), and final design delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Project Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any project
• Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of design materials
• For larger projects, payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement
• All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays and additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and site information
• Communicating preferences, requirements, and constraints clearly
• Providing timely feedback during the design process
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction work
• Ensuring site access for measurements and consultations

6. Intellectual Property

Design Ownership

All original design concepts, drawings, and materials created by Sharma Space remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specified project.

Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Major changes to project scope after work has commenced may require a new service agreement and additional fees.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided and standard working conditions. Delays may occur due to:

• Changes in project scope
• Delayed client feedback or approvals
• Site access issues
• Vendor or contractor delays
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

Sharma Space's liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Third-party contractor work or product defects
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Changes made to our designs by third parties
• Construction or implementation issues

10. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees will apply based on work completed and may include the full deposit if substantial work has been performed.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment, breach of terms, or if the project scope significantly exceeds the original agreement.

11. Warranty and Disclaimers

We warrant that our design services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties regarding:

• Third-party products or services
• Construction or installation work performed by others
• Product availability or pricing from vendors
• Compliance with local building codes (client responsibility)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
